~Use the patterns for non-profit or commercial purposes
~Use the patterns to create a product for sale from which your customers can not profit.
~Use the patterns to make book covers, t-shirts, and/or personal artwork that you sell
~Use the patterns in film or video production
~Alter the patterns when used in a design (scale, distort, etc)
You may not...
~Use the patterns in clipart, stencils, and/or embroidery files intended for redistribution or sale, make stamping tools or any other kind of tools which can be sold as a supply and not an end product.
~Use the pattern in a software application in which the intended purpose is to allow others to use the fonts (ie: any program in which the user can create his own logo or design using the patterns)
~Modify the pattern in order to create your own version ( however, you can use it for references when drawing your own pattern)
~Trade or sell the patterns. Your license to use Caracoda patterns is non-transferable. Only you have the legal right to use the patterns.
When you purchase from Your Leathercraft School, you are purchasing a license to use the files. You are not purchasing the actual content itself. This license to use the patterns contains certain conditions as explained above. You can use everything you bought for your own, non-commercial purposes but not for making tools and supplies to sell to other users.
